Common questions

Do I need a credit card to try PatchPilot?

No. The 25-device free tier doesn’t ask for a card. You only enter billing details when you upgrade to a paid plan.

Where is my data stored?

UK region (OVH UK). See /sub-processors for the full list and /dpa for the data-processing agreement.

Does PatchPilot work air-gapped or self-hosted?

Self-hosted isn’t available at launch. It’s on the roadmap for v1.2 (Q4 2026). Air-gapped agent operation is supported for short outage windows (cached job execution).

How do I report a bug?

Every dashboard page has a red “Report a bug” button bottom-right. Or email support@patchpilot.co.uk.
